District 230 is organised into Divisions, each containing several Areas. Division and Area structure will be confirmed by the Club Growth Director before launch.

Club Officer Training (COT) Round 1
All club officers complete training for the new programme year.
District Officer Training Programme (DOTP)
District-level officer training and induction.
Area & Division Contests — Phase 1
International Speech, Table Topics, and Evaluation contests begin at Area level.
District Conference & Contest
Annual district gathering, contests, and awards ceremony.
Club Officer Training (COT) Round 2
Mid-year training refresh for all club officers.
Area & Division Contests — Phase 2
Humorous Speech and other spring contest rounds.
End of Year Deadlines
DCP submissions, award nominations, election nominations due.
Installation & Handover
New officer installation ceremony. Outgoing officers transition responsibilities.
