District elections are conducted annually during the spring programme period. This section will be activated with nomination forms, candidate profiles, and results during the election window. Check back during the election season for full details.

DLC Process

How district elections work

February – March

DLC Formation

The District Leadership Committee is formed, comprising Past District Directors and elected members. The DLC oversees the nomination and election process.

March – April

Nominations Open

Members in good standing may nominate themselves or qualified candidates for district officer positions. Nomination forms are published here during the window.

April

Candidate Profiles Published

Candidate profiles — including experience, vision, and contact details — are published on this page for member review.

May

Election at Annual Business Meeting

Members vote at the Annual Business Meeting held in conjunction with the District Conference. Results are announced and new officers are confirmed.

June

Installation & Archiving

New officers are installed at the Installation Ceremony. This elections page is then archived for reference.
