NOMINATIONS

How to nominate

Nominations are open to all paid members of clubs in District 230. Follow these steps when the cycle opens.

Identify the right category

Review the five office categories above — DD, PQD, CGD, PR, and Admin/Finance — and match the nominee to the most relevant stream. One nomination is permitted per category per nominator. Submissions to the wrong category will not be reclassified.

Download the nomination form

The official district nomination form will be published here when the cycle opens. Complete all sections in full — incomplete submissions will not be reviewed. The form is digital only; paper submissions are not accepted.

Await committee review

An independent panel evaluates all nominations against published criteria. Nominators are contacted only if clarification is needed. All decisions of the committee are final and binding.

Gather supporting evidence

Collect meeting attendance records, speech completion logs, officer tenure details, or documented community impact. Strong nominations are specific, evidence-based, and clearly tied to the category criteria.

Submit before the deadline

Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of a successful submission. If no confirmation arrives, resubmit or contact the awards committee.
