Getting Started

How to enrol on Pathways

Access Base Camp

Log in to Base Camp at toastmasters.org using your membership credentials.

Choose Your Path

Take the Pathways assessment to get recommendations or browse all 11 paths to find the best fit for your goals.

Select a Level 1 Project

Begin with your Ice Breaker speech — your first project in any path. This is your introduction to your club.

4

Progress & Complete

Work through 5 levels in your chosen path. Complete projects, receive evaluations, and earn your path completion.

Mentoring Programme

Programme Overview

District 230’s Pathways Mentoring Programme pairs experienced Toastmasters with newer members to guide their learning journey.

Register as Mentor / Mentee

Both mentors and mentees can register using the form below. The PQD office will facilitate the matching process.

Programme Calendar

Mentoring pairs meet at least monthly. Group workshops and check-ins are scheduled throughout the programme year.

Distinguished Toastmaster

The DTM — pinnacle of achievement

The Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation is the highest honour Toastmasters International bestows upon its members. It requires completing two Pathways, serving as a club officer, and completing a high-impact leadership project.

Become a member and enrol on Pathways.

Complete Path 1

Finish all 5 levels of your first path.

Club Officer Service

Serve in a club officer role for one full year.

Complete Path 2

Finish all 5 levels of a second path.

DTM Project

Complete a high-impact leadership project benefiting the community.
