PQD programmes & training
Officer Training — DOTP
District Officer Training Programme for all district-level officers at the start of the programme year.
Club Officer Training (COT)
Bi-annual training for all club officers. Round 1 in July, Round 2 in January. Attendance is required for DCP credit.
Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI)
Advanced leadership workshops and development sessions for club and district leaders.
Webinar Series
Regular online webinars on Pathways, meeting best practices, club management, and leadership development.
Pathways Programme
District-wide support for Pathways adoption. Resources, mentoring, and celebration of completions.
Speechcraft Programme
An 8-week communication programme that introduces non-members to Toastmasters skills and methodology.

Support framework for newly formed clubs in their first year, ensuring they thrive beyond the charter.

Mechanism for strong clubs to formally support and adopt clubs facing membership challenges.
New Club Building
End-to-end support for chartering new clubs — in communities, colleges, and corporates.
Club Collaboration
